1. Discovery  
The discovery process involved gathering information about the company and your services and products. We identify and study your current online presence situation. We research online trends and behaviors particular to your industry.

2. Analysis    (3)
Website Analysis.  A comprehensive analysis of your website Website’s structure, technology, navigation and design are also analyzed to identify obstacles that might affect the way the site gets indexed.
3. Strategy Development

The data obtained on the previous steps will allow us to customize the right strategy for you. The final strategy will determine how the efforts of implementation are to be conducted and the specific timing for it.


4. Strategy Implementation

We will implement our strategy (Organic SEO, Paid Listings, Web Analytic setups, etc) and test those changes before submitting to the search engines. During this step, we will hand you a report showing were your website currently ranks on the major search engines and directories before the submission process begins. This is your Baseline Report.

5. Submissions

During this stage we perform manual submissions to the top search engines and directories that target your audience on National as well as Local listings. We also submit the pages to Industry- specific directories and search engines.

Pay Per Click campaigns are also launched at this time as well as any other additional strategy.

6. Results | Analytics

We measure how the submitted pages are ranking among the search engines and directories, which pages have been crawled and indexed and how well the paid strategies are performing.  

If a web analytics software was implemented (highly recommended if you want to measure success), a traffic analysis, visitors, behavior and other valuable statistics are also provided.
