When selecting the keywords that best describe your business products or services be aware that each version of a key term or key phrase will produce different organic results . Testing the different key terms on the search engines and recording your results is a great way to find out who your competition really is for each term and which term is more appropriate to use to achieve your SEO goals. A phrase may be more adequate to use than other according to the 'neighborhood' in which your site will be listed. Are those the websites you would like your site to be listed with? Does it help your site to be listed among National brands? Is that key term you like so much showing random or irrelevant results?
Be open and flexible about your keyword selection and you will increase your opportunities to be listed in an advantageous position for your site and your business.
